Is this a finished ring? No. This is the loose diamond only. The setting is purchased separately.
Will I know which specific stone I am receiving? Yes. Once your stone is selected, you receive its unique IGI certificate number, exact carat weight, and measurements before shipment.
Is the certification real? Yes. Every diamond is graded by IGI, an independent third-party gemological laboratory. Verify your report at igi.org.
What is the difference between lab grown and natural? Lab grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. They are real diamonds, grown in a controlled environment rather than mined.
Can I see the diamond before it ships? Yes. Once your stone is selected, we send the IGI certificate and high-resolution images for your review before final shipment.
What if the diamond is not what I expected? Return it within 40 days of the date of purchase, in original condition with its IGI report; one email to info@rockher.com begins it, and U.S. returns ship on a complimentary insured label. Each return is inspected on arrival; see our return policy.
