Warranty

RockHer offers a Lifetime Warranty on all Jewelry Pieces. The RockHer warranty only applies to Jewelry where the RockHer trademarked logo is stamped thereon, identifying it to be a RockHer product. Without such indicator, RockHer shall treat such jewelry as an unauthorized copy of its product, and not provide any warranty. This Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement at RockHer’s discretion. Please see our Return here.

RockHer is not responsible for failure of the product or any other non-conformance cause by or attributable to (a) any misuse of the product (b) neglect of, abuse of, or accident to, the product; or (c) general wear and tear of the product. If RockHer decides that the product is not under warranty, RockHer will return the unwarranted product to you at your expense. RockHer will not honor the warranty if RockHer determines that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than RockHer, or if the product forwarded to RockHer is not manufactured by RockHer.

RockHer will only take action under the warranty when you deliver the product to RockHer, with a Valid Return Authorization ID, issued by our Customer Service Team (info@rockher.com) proof and date of purchase. You are responsible to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. For warranty returns: RockHer may substitute a similar style for discontinued styles. RockHer is not responsible for the sentimental value of the original jewelry.
