Scope of Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects for custom-made jewelry bearing the RockHer trademarked logo. This logo certifies its authenticity as a genuine RockHer product. We cannot extend warranty protection to pieces lacking this indicator, as they are considered unauthorized copies.

Warranty Services

Our warranty includes repair and/or replacement, at RockHer's discretion, for manufacturing defects only.


RockHer is not liable for product failures or non-conformance due to:

  • Misuse, neglect, or abuse of the product.
  • Accidental damage.
  • General wear and tear over time.
  • Loss or theft of diamonds, even in items with recognized manufacturing defects.
  • Items not covered by an active and comprehensive insurance policy maintained by the customer.

Expenses for Unwarranted Products

If we determine that your product is not covered under the warranty, RockHer will return the item to you at your expense. The warranty will not be honored if the product has been altered, repaired, or serviced by any entity other than RockHer, or if it is not an authentic RockHer-manufactured piece.

Conditions and Exclusions

The above Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are only available to the original purchaser of the covered product from RockHer. Any maintenance, repair, sizing, or other service performed by someone other than RockHer will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the product's integrity is also not covered.

Examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Prongs and precious metals wearing over time, which may require "building up" or restoration work as part of normal wear.
  • Bent, caught, or worn prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  • Stones lost or fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

Cleaning and Inspection Services on Diamond Rings

We recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every six months or after any potential trauma. Regular inspections can help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to RockHer customers for their RockHer diamond rings. The customer only pays for shipping, and RockHer covers the return shipping. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be performed during this time at cost.

We are pleased to offer our comprehensive Extend Protection Plan, covering a wide range of issues including accidental damage, refinishing, resizing, rhodium plating, loose stones, and more from day one. This plan addresses most common jewelry problems, providing peace of mind and extensive coverage.

Insurance Recommendation

We strongly urge all our customers to obtain insurance coverage for their jewelry items. To assist with this, we have partnered with Jewelers Mutual, a leading provider of jewelry insurance. This partnership ensures that your precious items are well-protected against loss, theft, or damage. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

  • Deliver the product to RockHer with a valid Return Authorization ID issued by our Customer Service Team (contactable at info@rockher.com).
  • Provide proof of purchase and the purchase date. You are responsible for insuring the product during transit and must assume the risk of loss or damage during this process.

Substitution of Discontinued Styles

In cases of discontinued styles, RockHer reserves the right to substitute a similar style for warranty replacement. Please note that we do not cover the sentimental value of the original jewelry.
