Scope of Warranty:

Our Lifetime Warranty exclusively covers manufacturer's defects for custom-made jewelry bearing the RockHer trademarked logo. This logo serves as a testament to its authenticity as a genuine RockHer product. For pieces lacking this indicator, we must regrettably consider them unauthorized copies and cannot extend any warranty protection.

Warranty Services:

Our warranty entails repair and/or replacement, at the discretion of RockHer, for manufacturer's defects only.

Exclusions:

RockHer cannot be held responsible for product failures or non-conformance attributed to the following:

• Misuse, neglect, or abuse of the product.
• Accidental damage.
• General wear and tear that naturally occurs over time.
• Any item that has been altered, repaired, or worked on by a third party other than RockHer.
• Petite Collection rings or any custom bands 1mm or thinner. These designs are extremely delicate and will naturally bend or lose shape with regular wear. Customers accept this risk when choosing such designs, as this is not considered a defect.
• Ultra-thin stud threads or similar delicate components. These items are not warrantied against bending or deformation, as this is normal wear and tear.
• Lost or damaged center diamonds caused by impact, loose prongs, or improper care. Prongs can bend or loosen if struck, caught, or worn during activities that put stress on the setting. Customers are responsible for regularly checking the security of their center stone.

Expenses for Unwarranted Products:

If we determine that your product does not fall under warranty coverage, RockHer will return the item to you at your own expense. We will not honor the warranty if the product has been altered, repaired, or serviced by any entity other than RockHer, or if it is not an authentic RockHer-manufactured piece.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

1. Deliver the product to RockHer with a Valid Return Authorization ID issued by our Customer Service Team (contactable at info@rockher.com)
2. Provide proof of purchase and the purchase date. Please be aware that you are responsible for insuring the product during transit and must assume the risk of loss or damage during this process.

Substitution of Discontinued Styles:

In the case of discontinued styles, RockHer reserves the right to substitute a similar style for warranty replacement. It's essential to note that we do not cover the sentimental value of the original jewelry.

Insure Your Jewelry

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidents, lost center diamonds, bent bands, loss, theft, or normal wear. For that protection, we recommend a personal jewelry policy from day one.

Policies typically cover accidental damage, loss, theft, and mysterious disappearance, with services such as prong repair, resizing, and refinishing depending on the plan you select.
