• Secure Packaging: Each item is carefully packed under HD video surveillance and sealed with our signature tamper-evident tape. This ensures that your jewelry remains untouched from our hands to yours.
• Signature Confirmation: For your protection, a direct signature is required for all deliveries. This ensures your package is handed directly to you or an authorized recipient.

Receiving Your Package

We want your unboxing experience to be perfect. When your package arrives:

• Inspect the Seal: Please take a quick moment to check the outer packaging.
• Peace of Mind: If you notice any unusual signs of handling or damage to the box, simply decline the delivery and contact our concierge team at info@rockher.com. We will take care of the rest.

Insured, Door to Door

Every RockHer package is insured by us for its full value from the moment it leaves our atelier until it is signed for at your door. We ship on a specialized high value jewelry FedEx account and pay to lock declared coverage at the full value of your order rather than accept standard carrier limits. On top of that carrier layer sits our jewelers block policy, underwritten at Lloyd's of London. There is nothing to add at checkout.

For protection of your jewelry after delivery and through daily wear, we recommend a personal jewelry policy from day one. RockHer is approved directly with two leading jewelry insurers, Jewelers Mutual and Brite, so you can obtain competitive quotes and choose the coverage that fits you.

• Certified diamonds are excluded, so on a complete ring the recognition applies to the setting.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes as determined by your country's customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
