SHIPPING & PACKAGE SECURITY POLICY
At RockHer, protecting your purchase, especially valuable items like diamonds, is our highest priority. We have implemented the most rigorous shipping protocols in the industry to safeguard every package from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your hands.
Insurance & Protection Standards
All packages are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® and are fully insured up to the point of delivery and customer signature. Every order is carefully packed under full HD video surveillance. We document each item being placed in the shipping box and sealed. Each package is sealed with proprietary tamper-evident tape that cannot be reapplied or replaced without visible signs of interference.
Route Insurance is offered at checkout for additional post-delivery coverage. If you decline Route, your coverage ends the moment the package is signed for.
Signature Requirement
A direct signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any FedEx waivers or notes. This signature confirms receipt and condition of the package.
You (or your authorized recipient) are expected to inspect the outer packaging before signing. If you notice any signs of tampering—such as ripped tape, broken seals, or damage—do not accept the package. Refuse delivery and contact RockHer immediately.
Claims & Fraud Prevention
If a package is signed for and later reported as missing contents, your claim will be denied unless you opted for Route Protection.
All fraud attempts—including false claims of missing items—will be met with full cooperation with FedEx investigations, law enforcement, and credit card companies.
We retain full shipping videos, tamper-evident packaging logs, and delivery signatures to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and fees.
All international deliveries follow the same tamper-evident and video-documented process.
Returns & Damage Reporting
All damage or missing contents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports after that window may not be honored unless Route coverage was purchased.
For return shipments, you must USE A NEW FEDEX BOX, package items securely, FOLLOW ROCKER INSTRUCTIONS and use a RockHer-provided label when available. RockHer is not responsible for returns sent without tracking or insurance.
Tracking Information:
Tracking information is typically provided 24-48 hours in advance of arrival via an automated Shopify email. For more details on your Shopify purchases, download the SHOP app. For added peace of mind, you can opt into Route Package Protection at checkout. This third-party service covers lost, stolen, or damaged items even after delivery is confirmed.
Important:
If a package is confirmed as delivered and signed for by someone at the shipping address, FedEx considers the delivery complete and may not cover losses beyond that point. In such cases, only Route Protection (if selected) may offer full reimbursement.
We’ve processed thousands of orders and shipping incidents are extremely rare—but when they do occur, we have procedures in place to resolve them quickly and fairly.

PayPal: When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to RockHer.com.
Amazon Pay: You can pay with saved payment and shipping information from your Amazon account.
Shop Pay: Checkout faster! Save your shipping information to ensure a smooth checkout. Split your purchase into four equal installments at participating merchants or pay in full at checkout.
Google Pay: Choose Google Pay for a fast and simple way to checkout by paying with saved payment from your Google Account.
Pay by Bank Wire: This option is available at checkout, with wiring instructions sent immediately after checkout is completed, and offers a 2% additional discount on all orders.
Venmo: We also allow Venmo payments.
Apple Pay: Offered on all Apple Devices.
United States Taxes: RockHer Haute Jewels partners with Shopify to securely process transactions and apply sales tax where required. Currently, tax is added for orders shipped to California, North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Shopify’s system ensures accurate tax calculation based on your shipping address.
International Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping fees at checkout and all import duties, fees, and taxes in their local country.
MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT
RockHer is honored to support those who serve. We offer an exclusive discount for active duty, retired military, police, firefighters, and other qualifying U.S. government personnel.
This offer applies to members of the U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard), National Guard, Police and Fire Departments, and select law-based government employees.
The discount applies only to jewelry items and does not include loose diamonds. The total discount may not exceed 40%. For example, if there is a 30% sitewide sale, only an additional 10% will be applied. All discounts are verified and applied through the GovX ID app directly in your cart. You’ll need to verify your service using your government credentials through GovX to access the additional savings.
