We want you to love your RockHer piece, but if it’s not quite right, we offer a hassle-free return process to make things easy for you.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window & Conditions

  • Items can be returned within 40 days of the original purchase date if they are in original, unworn condition, including packaging and materials.
  • A non-refundable 10% return fee applies to all returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
  • If any changes were made to an engagement ring order after purchase, a non-refundable $200 customization fee will also apply. (Effective November 8, 2024)

How to Return an Item

  1. Start Your Return – Email info@rockher.com with your order number and purchaser's name.
  2. Receive Your Label – We’ll send a complimentary insured FedEx shipping label for easy returns. (International customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.)
  3. Pack & Ship – Securely pack your item in a new FedEx box and drop it off at any FedEx location or arrange pickup at fedex.com.
  4. Quality Check – Once received, our team will inspect your item to confirm it’s undamaged and in its original condition.
  5. Get Your Refund – Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, minus the non-refundable 10% return fee. (Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.)

Important Return Limits

  • One return per customer is allowed within a 40-day period.
  • After an exchange, customers are responsible for shipping costs for any subsequent returns.
  • ROUTE fees are non-refundable once an item has shipped, as these are third-party shipping protection costs.
  • RockHer is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. If you receive a damaged package, refuse the delivery or contact us immediately at +1 (800) 779-1726.

Exclusions & Special Conditions

Separate Return Windows for Diamonds & Rings

  • Diamonds and rings are separate purchases on RockHer’s website and have separate return windows:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, modified, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been resized, repaired, or altered within 40 days—whether by RockHer or a third party—are not eligible for return.
  • Items that become damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for coverage details.

Resizing & Petite Collection Disclaimer

Resizing Policy

  • One complimentary resizing is offered for U.S. customers within 60 days of purchase. This includes free round-trip shipping. (International customers are responsible for shipping, customs fees, duties, and taxes.)
  • Rings with intricate designs, eternity bands, or bands thinner than 1.5mm may not be eligible for resizing. If resizing is not possible, alternative solutions (such as remaking the ring) may be required at an additional cost.
  • Excessive resizing can weaken the setting, affecting stone security. RockHer is not responsible for damage caused by resizing beyond recommended limits.

Petite Collection & Thin Band Durability Warning

  • Rings from our Petite Collection feature ultra-thin, delicate bands for a refined look. These bands (under 1.5mm) are more prone to bending, warping, and structural wear over time.
  • Thin bands are not recommended for customers with active lifestyles and may require extra care to maintain their shape.
  • Bending or thinning of the band due to daily wear is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.

Third-Party Repairs & Warranty Voidance

  • All resizing, repairs, and modifications must be done by RockHer to keep your warranty valid.
  • Any work done by third-party jewelers voids the RockHer warranty, and we are not responsible for damage or stone loss caused by outside jewelers.

RING FIT GUARANTEE

Ordered the wrong size? No worries! All USA orders qualify for one ring resizing within the first 60 days, including shipping both ways. International customers may incur shipping, custom fees, duties, and taxes. In most cases, items sent for resizing are treated as repairs, so only shipping fees apply.
