Welcome to RockHer Care Free Returns! If you're not completely satisfied with your new RockHer Piece, don't worry! You can easily return it hassle-free within 30 days from your purchase date. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Email to request a return, and make sure to include the purchaser's name and order number in the email.
  2. One of our Team Members will provide you with a complimentary insured FedEx Label. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping cost and insurance.
  3. Pack your item securely in a new FedEx box to ensure the seal remains intact and prevents tampering.
  4. Drop off your package at your local FedEx Location, or arrange for at-home pick up via Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees.
  5. Once we receive your item, our Quality Control Team will carefully inspect it to confirm there is no damage or unauthorized repair.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email with Return Authorization and refund details once the process is completed.

Expect your refund within 2 days, credit card companies timelines vary, we apologize in advance. All items must be in their original purchase condition, must include all undamaged product packaging and materials, and must be shipped within 30 days from your purchase date.

RockHer Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +1 (800) 779-1726. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by RockHer, US. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Online Returns do not apply to the following items: 

  • Any and All Items on which work, repair, resizing is done within 30 days of purchase by Rockher or by any 3rd party voids the return policy.
  • Items that became damaged or defective after delivery. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.
  • Exchanges may occur once. The exchanged item sent to the client is a Final Sale. Customer may be responsible for additional fees incurred with exchanged item. 

RockHer purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 days from the date that RockHer has approved your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call RockHer Customer Service at +1 (800) 779-1726, or email We will accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a RockHer Care Free Return once you have received the shipment.


Order the wrong size? No problem! All USA Orders Qualify for 1 ring re-sizing, including shipping both ways. International Customers must pay for shipping, custom fees, duties, and taxes, in most cases the item is sent through customs as a repair, therefore, only shipping fees apply.
