40-Day Return Window
You have 40 days from your purchase date to return any eligible item. We’ll even cover return shipping and insurance within the U.S.
What’s Returnable:
-Loose diamonds with the original grading report
-Engagement rings and fine jewelry in unworn, original condition
-Items with engraving or minor customizations
-One-of-a-kind designs unless clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase
What’s Not Returnable:
-Loose diamonds without the original grading certificate
-Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired by RockHer or a third party
-Items missing original packaging, certification, or documentation
-Custom designs marked final sale at checkout
Loose Diamond Returns
Loose diamonds must include their original grading certificate to be eligible for return. Diamonds without certification are not returnable.
How to Start a Return:
1. Email info@rockher.com with your order number and name
2. We will send you a complimentary insured FedEx return label (U.S. only)
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at FedEx or schedule a pickup
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
If you prefer added security, you may request delivery to a nearby FedEx Office location for ID-only pickup.
Return Limits and Exchanges
-One return is allowed per customer within a 40-day period.
-After an exchange, any additional returns may incur shipping charges.
-Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Complimentary Resizing
One free resizing is offered within 60 days for U.S. customers.
Sale Pricing and Promotions
Promotional pricing is only valid during the advertised sale period.
We do not apply discounts retroactively or offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

Promotion-Related Returns
To maintain fairness and efficiency, orders returned solely to repurchase at a lower promotional price are not eligible for return under our policy.
This includes cases where the same item is reordered after a sale, coupon, or discount is announced.
Because each piece is custom made to order, this type of return-and-reorder cycle creates unnecessary production and cost. Thank you for understanding.
