How a bespoke piece comes together.

Speak with a gemologist
Tell us what you have in mind, or what you already own, through our bespoke request. John Anderson, our Lead Gemologist, reviews every request personally and tells you plainly what will work, what will not, and what it will cost.

Approve the design
You receive a CAD rendering of the piece, with exact dimensions, before anything is made. One price is quoted in writing and does not change once you approve. Revisions happen before casting, not after.

Made to order in Los Angeles
Casting, setting and finishing happen in our atelier under the same hands that built every piece on this page. Your timeline is confirmed before production begins, and the piece ships insured with its certificates.

Complimentary resizingWithin 60 days of delivery on any ring we make.

Before you request a bespoke piece.
Can you make a piece around a diamond I already own?
Yes. Some of the pieces above were built around stones the client brought to us, including a 15 carat fancy vivid pink. We examine the diamond in our Los Angeles atelier, design the setting to its exact measurements, and return the original certificate with the finished piece.
How is a bespoke piece priced?
One price, quoted in writing before anything is made, covering design, the CAD you approve, metal, any diamonds we supply, and setting. There is no deposit to begin the conversation. The price does not change once you approve the design.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Your timeline is confirmed in writing before production begins and depends on the design. Pieces built around a diamond you already own are often faster, because the stone is already in hand.
Will my piece appear on this page?
Only if you tell us it may. Pieces are shown without names or any personal detail, and we never publish a client's piece before it has been delivered.
Is a bespoke piece covered the same way as anything else you make?
Yes. Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, complimentary resizing within 60 days for rings, independent GIA or IGI certification on every center diamond we supply, and insured shipping.
