How It Works
After checkout, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and your prepaid insured label.
Once your piece arrives, our team will carefully inspect it to assess condition and determine the appropriate service.
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, your service fee will be refunded in full. If the condition is the result of normal wear, impact, or accidental handling, we will proceed under this flat-rate refurbishment service.
Most repairs are completed within 1–3 business days after we receive your item.
