What if the size is not right?

One complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, up to 1.5 sizes, for U.S. orders. Some designs cannot be resized; our atelier will advise. Beyond that window, our atelier still handles resizing for you; speak with a gemologist and we will take care of it. If you are unsure of your size before ordering, start with our ring sizing guide.

When will my ring ship?

Once your order is placed, it passes a final quality inspection and ships fully insured via FedEx Priority Overnight on U.S. orders, signature required.

How do I care for emerald?

Emeralds are hard but not unbreakable, and most fine emeralds carry natural inclusions. Remove the ring for heavy work, clean it with mild soap, lukewarm water, and a soft brush, and skip ultrasonic cleaners. Our atelier is always available for professional cleaning and inspection.

How does gold hold up to daily wear?

Solid gold is made for a lifetime of daily wear. The color runs through the entire ring, so there is nothing to fade or wear away, and fine surface marks polish out easily.
