Every RockHer piece is made to order in our Los Angeles atelier and offered at one fair price. Our gemology team inspects every piece before it ships, and every order carries a 40 day return window on eligible pieces and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

How is each piece made?
Every piece is made to order in our Los Angeles atelier and inspected by our gemology team before it ships.
How long until my order arrives?
Made to order pieces are crafted in 8 to 12 business days, then shipped fully insured with a signature required at delivery.
What if it isn't right?
Returns are accepted within 40 days of your order date on unworn pieces in original condition. Engraved or personalized pieces, custom-contoured wedding bands and fully custom designs are final sale once production begins, and resized pieces cannot be returned. Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
