Most signet rings carry an initial carved into metal. This one carries an initial made of a single solid lab-grown diamond, cut in the shape of your letter and set into the face of the ring. Nothing is stamped, etched, or filled in.
Each letter begins as a single lab-grown diamond of approximately two carats. It is custom-cut to the exact shape of the initial you choose, for this ring alone.
The outer edge of the letter is brilliant-faceted so it catches light in motion. The center is left smooth, so the letterform reads clearly against the fire of the edge.
The ring itself is cast to your size in our Los Angeles atelier after you order. Diamond and mounting come together as one piece, made for one person.

Yes. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically, and optically identical to a natural diamond: the same crystal, the same hardness, the same brilliance. Growing the rough in a lab is what makes a custom-cut letter of this size possible at this price.
Resizing is complimentary within 60 days of delivery. Beyond that window, our atelier still handles resizing for you; talk to a jeweler and we will take care of it. If you are unsure of your size before ordering, start with our ring sizing guide.
Platinum is a naturally white metal that never fades and never needs replating. With daily wear it develops a soft patina that many owners come to prefer, and it takes a fresh polish beautifully whenever you want the bright finish back. We recommend removing any ring for heavy lifting, but water, soap, and everyday life are not a concern.
Every ring is made to order in our Los Angeles atelier. Allow 12 business days from order to shipment: the diamond is cut to your letter, the ring is cast to your size, and the finished piece passes quality control before it ships fully insured.
