The RockHer Select Diamond Standard
Every lab grown diamond in this collection meets a single, non-negotiable quality benchmark:
D color, the highest color grade on the GIA scale. Completely colorless under any light source.
VVS1 clarity, the second-highest clarity grade. Virtually flawless, loupe-clean, and eye-clean at every distance.
Ideal Cut, the highest cut grade, calibrated for maximum light return, fire, and scintillation. Required on every shape in this collection.
IGI Certified, every diamond is independently graded by the International Gemological Institute. Certificate included with your ring.
For round diamonds, we go further. Every RockHer Select round is a verified Hearts & Arrows diamond, an optical precision grade achieved by fewer than 1% of all round diamonds cut worldwide. It requires near-perfect symmetry in every facet. You will see it in the light performance from across a room.

About Lab Grown Diamonds
Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds. Physically, chemically, and optically identical to earth-mined diamonds, the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), the same light behavior. A gemologist cannot distinguish a lab diamond from a mined diamond without specialized equipment.
The difference is origin. Lab grown diamonds are grown in controlled environments using processes that replicate the conditions under which natural diamonds form. They are not simulants. They are not cubic zirconia. They are not moissanite. They are diamonds, graded on the same D-to-Z color scale, the same FL-to-I3 clarity scale, and the same cut standards as any mined diamond.
At D/VVS1/Ideal Cut, a lab grown diamond and a mined diamond of equivalent grades are visually and structurally indistinguishable. The price difference is significant. The quality is not.

Can I see my diamond before the ring is made?
Yes, always. Your gemologist sends you the IGI certificate and a photograph of your specific diamond for approval before production begins.

Are the accent diamonds natural or lab grown?
All accent and pavé diamonds in RockHer settings are natural earth-mined diamonds, hand-selected and color-matched to your center stone. We never use lab grown melee.
