Cleaning white gold diamond rings will be a bit trickier when compared to its platinum or gold counterparts.
This is mainly because of its metal constitution. Note that white gold is made using an alloy of yellow gold and white metals. Additionally, it will be coated with rhodium or any other plating to hide the yellow color of the resulting alloy. A rhodium-plated white gold will look almost like the platinum metal.
When it comes to the best white gold diamond ring cleaner, a solution of lukewarm water and a mild detergent will be ideal; make sure to choose a detergent that does not contain chlorine or any other harsh chemicals.
Immerse your ring in this solution for half an hour and wipe off the dirt using a 
lint-free cloth. In case your ring is really dirty, you may add two or three drops of ammonia to your white gold diamond ring cleaner. However, do not use any kind of abrasive things to scrub off the dirt from your stone diamond, as it may damage the rhodium coating on it.
