How do I place an order on RockHer.com?

Ordering on RockHer.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, work through the prompts to pick your setting and center stone. Once finalized, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information. You may also order over the phone, by calling 844.330.9755. Representatives are available to help you during business hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Monday-Friday.

Is it safe to order on RockHer.com?

Yes, it is safe to order on RockHer.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. We promise all of your information will be kept safely and not compromised to any third-parties.

What shipping options are available on RockHer.com?

Shipping Times & Rates
We’re proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order in the US and Canada. All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping®. All deliveries require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. These requirements are for your protection.

If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location please call, RockHer Customer Service 844.330.9755, or email info@rockher.com. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

All RockHer Jewelry Items are carefully packaged for shipping in RockHer's beautiful gift box. Inside you will find the jewelry housed in a RockHer Jewelry case. The box also contains some practical information about your item & RockHer, and comes with a complimentary carrying pouch.

All resizing requests may require up to one additional business week for shipping.

May I ship my order to an international location?

No, currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada.

RockHer is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business.

To check on the status of an order or verify shipment, please contact Customer Service at 844.330.9755. Representatives are available 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST Monday-Friday.

Returns are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in sellable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.

HOW CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

RockHer.com offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply call or email Customer Service at 844.330.9755 or info@rockher.com and we will email you a FedEx return label. You can then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location.
